No one understands kids' shoe sizes. We still don’t. But here’s what we do know. JoyJoy is sized in UK and EU shoe sizes. Our shoes start at a kid’s UK 7 (EU 24) and go up to an adult’s UK 3 (EU 36). So we go from kids UK 7 - UK 13, and then switch to adult UK 1 - adult UK 3. We unfortunately don’t do half sizes.
The smallest JoyJoy is a UK 7 (EU 24) and fits an average 3-4 year old, while the largest size is a UK 3 (EU 36) will fit a kid aged around 11 -12.
The best way to work out an accurate fit for your JoyJoys, is to take an existing pair of shoes that fits your kid perfectly. Measure the middle of the undersole of that shoe, from the centre toe point, to the centre heel point. Make sure you are measuring the middle section of the underside of the shoe. You must turn the shoe upside down :) . Now compare that measurement to ours, and match your size:
